Common Questions About the Programs
After I purchase the program, how will it be delivered to me?
After purchase you will be taken to a thank you page, on there will be your link to create your login to the membership site where the program is located. You will also be sent an email with a link back to the thank you page - so you will always be able to locate it.
If you don't get the email, please check your spam/junk/promotions folder in case it was directed there.
Do I need access to the internet?
Yes. The program and all the videos are accessed via a membership site on the internet. You can download the programs and written instructions, but you will need to view the videos on the internet.
Do I need to have completed the FREE beginners diastasis recti program first? 
No, the extra support you get will help you get the most out of the beginners program. You can do the hip flexor program alongside the beginners program but you should wait to do the HIIT workouts and weights program until you are confident about engaging your transverse abdominis.
I already have the Total Core Solution - Do I need to do these exercises as well? 
YES! This program has been designed to work with the Total Core Solution - belly blast. You will replace the stretching portion of that program with the hip flexor program 3-4 days a week.
Is this program safe if I have diastasis recti?
What equipment do I need? 
This program can be done in your own home. You will need two sets of hand weights, a chair/stool, a yoga block/ball or rolled up towel. Ideally you would also have some fitness bands to increase the intensity of the exercises as you progress.
Are there modifications? 
YES! This program has been designed for all fitness levels and stages of diastasis recovery. You will need to watch the instructional videos for each cardio and weight move to see all the modifications and know which version you are ready for.
What if I don't like the meals? 
There are plenty of options, so you can switch meals around if you need to. Also in the private Facebook group I can help you out with any substitutions that you might need to make. But I do recommend trying each of the meals, they have all been taste tested and approved by my 3 kids and husband.

Who Am I?

I am a mom of 3 who was left with severe diastasis recti. I was left wondering why my tummy was getting bigger whilst the rest of me was getting smaller.

As a previously qualified Aerobics Instructor (with Les Mills, New Zealand), Aerobics competitor and a New Zealand Rhythmic Gymnastics representative, I thought I knew how to get back into shape after my children.

But I was constantly being asked if I was pregnant because my tummy was getting bigger.  This had a terrible effect on my confidence and made me  just want to stay at home and hide.

It wasn't until I had my umbilical hernia repaired that I heard about something called diastasis recti, and after a lot of research I realized that I had been doing everything wrong to get back into shape.
All those planks, crunches, push-ups, and running was making it worse not better!
If only my obstetrician had told me in my post pregnancy checkup that I had a diastasis recti!

I am now helping other moms to learn about diastasis recti, and help them understand what exercises will help them regain a functional core again, and how their posture impacts that.
